- Workout 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes.
- Go on a date with my husband...and turn off cell phones.
- Clean out bathrooms and organize under sinks.
- Stick to a strict diet of no red meat, no processed food and very little sugar.
- Read at least three chapters in Real Food.
- Read Proverbs once a day.
- Start my day off with quiet time.
