7 Goals For This Week

  1. Workout 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Go on a date with my husband...and turn off cell phones.
  3. Clean out bathrooms and organize under sinks. 
  4. Stick to a strict diet of no red meat, no processed food and very little sugar.
  5. Read at least three chapters in Real Food.
  6. Read Proverbs once a day.
  7. Start my day off with quiet time.
