One thing I love about January is that it's the beginning of the year. New possibilities, dreams and planner come into view. ;-) So on New Year's Day I shopped around town until I found all the necessary items to create my "dream" binder. I wanted something to help me stay on target with my health, home and other areas in life. So meet "Dot" my personal assistant in life...a.k.a...My Home Management Binder.
I found this cute binder pattern and Target. It was large enough in size to hold paper, a calendar, pen holders and still room for lots more!
I have to admit, having this printable has challenged me to complete these tasks each day. I'm very much a list person, so household chores get done when I keep that list ever present! Ha! You can download it here for free, too.
Nerd Alert: I couldn't resist the polka dot bag for storing my multi-colored pen set. See? Now it is all color coordinated. Yes, I'm a nerd like that. Ha!

This year I thought I would try something different by keeping a calendar inside my planner. That way I could keep track of menu plans, workout plans, etc at the skim of the eye. I'm able to keep more details since it's private and not out in the open for everyone to see. It's great for keeping track of health, etc.

Love this! My home management is this adorable turquoise one I got from the Martha Stewart Home Office line, but I love yours too! Keeping a calendar in it is such a great idea!
