Homemade Chocolate Sauce

I'm not a fan of store bought chocolate sauce-it's much too sweet for my taste buds. So, when I heard a blogger sharing about homemade chocolate sauce, I thought why not? This recipe was SUPER in, done in about five minutes tops. It's very rich, and intense with flavor. If you like it sweet, you will probably want to add more sugar. ;-)

1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Baking Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Vanilla

In small sauce pan, bring water, sugar, cocoa, and salt to boil. Reduce to simmer and stir for 3 minutes. Take off the burner and add vanilla. It will thicken the longer you leave it sitting, but I used it right away. YUM.

Have you made chocolate sauce before?

IR headphones seem to me to be ideally suited for TV use - you need to be able to see the TV, so if the
base station is on top of the TV, the headphones will be able to see it.
For starters, instead of having a small aluminum
unibody chassis, it's this big honking plastic thing, with a 5-inch, 1080p
touchscreen that's so sensitive you can use it with gloves on (or even gesture in the air above it).
